It was not long before the first two puppies found their wonderful, permanent forever homes. They were fully vaccinated, two and a half months old, and ready to grow up alongside gentle children.

“Seeing them leave for a better life makes all the sleepless nights completely worth it,” I smiled. One by one, the remaining eight puppies were chosen by incredibly kind, dedicated animal lovers.

They will never have to wander the dangerous streets or scavenge for their next meal. They traded the cold dirt beneath a trailer for soft beds and endless, unconditional affection.

As for sweet Kira, she has miraculously made a full, beautiful recovery from her terrible illness. She will safely remain with our rescue family for the rest of her wonderful, peaceful life.
